ID Cabasa and Terry G spiced up the auditions of Nigeria’s
newest music talent hunt competition, Naija Street Champ, as it moved to
Ajegunle and FESTAC for the second round.
The Ajegunle audition which held at Maracana Stadium, Ajegunle on
Saturday, May 17, saw the venue packed with crowd who were delighted as
contestants stepped up to the stage to represent their neighbourhood.
Terry G who is one of the three producers for Naija Street Champ was
the special guest at the Ajegunle event while ace producer, Cabasa was
also at the FESTAC audition to the admiration of the cheering audience.
At the end of the keenly contested Ajegunle audition, Chinedu Okafor
(X Busta), Ademola Martins (Michelyn) and Mike Arane (X-Brown) were
unanimously adjudged by the audience as the best three talents to
represent Ajegunle in the next round of the competition while the FESTAC
audition produced the trio of Omenogor Ceaser (Ceaser), Timi Tony Jnr
(Cyclone) and Big Daddy Africa, as the winners who will represent FESTAC
in the next round of the competition.
The Naija Street Champ audition train will be at Skypower Grounds
G.R.A Ikeja today, while it moves to Nigerian Army Sport Ground Somolu
tomorrow.
